Each service is a scope with permits and a number. No ranges. A range without a house is a promise nobody signed.

How to read a service page

In scope and out of scope are the most useful paragraphs. They describe the process, not a portfolio. Permit text is general to Ohio municipalities and then points at the city page for the board calendar. Price factors are the levers — layout, moisture, board review — not dollars. Phases are order, not dates.

Request the estimate from the service page or from contact. Budget and start window are on the form because that is how serious work is filed.
